Our Programs
Every person's path to independence looks different. That's why Inspired Living offers three distinct programs — some available across all five counties we serve, others currently offered in the East Bay. Explore each one below to find the right fit.
Independent Living Skills
Our Independent Living Skills program is designed to support each client’s unique goals and strengths.
We focus on building practical, everyday skills that promote greater independence and confidence. With personalized guidance and hands-on support, clients develop the tools they need to navigate daily life, make informed decisions, and thrive with dignity.
Each focus area supports greater independence, confidence, and everyday success.
Available across all five counties we serve: Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma.
Coordinated Family Support
Our Coordinated Family Support program helps adults who choose to live in their family home get the services and supports they need to do so successfully.
We coordinate everything from medical and therapeutic appointments to transportation and community resources, working closely with each individual and their family to build a plan around their unique needs, language, and culture.
Available in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
In-Home Respite
Our Respite program provides planned, in-home relief care for families and caregivers of adults with developmental disabilities.
With compassionate, one-on-one support, our Respite Care Providers assist clients with daily needs like personal care, meals, and medication reminders — giving families the reliable break they deserve, day or night.
Each visit is built around a personalized Care Plan that keeps clients safe, engaged, and supported
Available in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Serving Communities Across Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties
Inspired Living is an approved vendor with two regional centers serving Californians with developmental disabilities: the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) and the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC), both operating under the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
Independent Living Skills is available in all five counties we serve, which are Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma. Coordinated Family Support and Respite are currently available in Alameda and Contra Costa.
